Day 01 : Arrive
Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Meeting and greeting at the Airport. Transfer to Hotel.
Overnight in Delhi.
Day 02 : Delhi
Morning sight-seeing tour of Delhi visiting Jama Masjid the largest
mosque of Emperor Shahjahan. Later proceed to Red Fort, Raj Ghat- cremation
site of Mahatma Gandhi, to India Gate a 42 meter stone arch built in
the memory of the Indian Soldiers who died in World War I, Drive past the
Presidents House & Parliament House, Humayuns Tomb (a
memorial of the Mughals, its design is inspired by the Taj Mahal), the Qutab
Minar. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi Ranthambhore ( Sawai Madhopur)
Full day free for own activities. Evening transfer to Railway Station to
connect Train ( #12060 ) Kota Janshatabadi Exp,. departure at 13:20 hrs and
arrival at 18:02 hrs. On arrival transfer to Hotel. Overnight in
Ranthambhore.
Day 04 : Ranthambhore
Morning & Evening game drives to scour the jungle for wildlife.
Overnight in Ranthambhore.
Day 05 : Ranthambore Agra ( 260 Kms /6 hrs
drive)
Morning drive to Agra enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri the deserted, red
sandstone city, Emperor Akbar built that as his capital and palace in the
late 16th century is an exhilarating experience. On arrival transfer to
Hotel. Overnight in Agra.
Day 06 : Agra Varanasi
Morning sightseeing of Agra visiting the Taj Mahal, an extravagant marble
monument of love built by Shahjahan in 1653 as a memorial for his Queen
Mumtaz Mahal & Agra Fort a red sandstone fort built by Akbar in
1565. Evening transfer to Railway Station to board a train.( #14854 / #14864

Day 07 : Varanasi
Arrive Varanasi at 08:35 hrs. On arrival transfer to hotel. After breakfast
visit the Sarnath, the buried buddhist City where Lord Buddha gave his first
sermon and return back to Varanasi. Evening visit river Ganga Ghat to attend
the holy Aarti . Overnight in Varanasi.
Day 08 : Varanasi - Jabalpur
Early morning boats ride on River Ganges. Later sightseeing of Varanasi
visiting Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas and the Banaras Hindu
University. Evening transfer to Railway Station to connect Train ( # 12296)
Sangha Mitra Express departure at 23:30 hrs. Overnight on Board.
Day 09 : Jabalpur Kanha ( 165 Kms - 4hrs
drive)
Arrive Jabalpur at 08:20 hrs. On arrival drive to Kahna. On arrival drive
to Kanha and transfer to Hotel. In the evening leave for jeep safari inside
the park. Overnight in Kanha.
Day 10 : Kanha (Two Safaris)
Early morning and afternoon jeep safari at the Park. Proper wildlife
management over the past 30 years has noted a steady increase in the numbers
of tigers and leopards, not to mention Sambhar, Cheetal (Spotted Deer),
Swamp Deer and Gaur (Indian Bison). The 1997 census put the Tiger population
at 114 and the Leopards at 86. There is a reasonably good chance of sighting
tigers here and this is one of the best places in the state for bird
watching. Overnight in Kanha.
Day 11 : Kanha Bandhavgarh (200 km / 5 hrs)
Morning safari inside the park. Later drive to Bandhavgarh National Park.
It's much smaller than Kanha National Park, but claims to have the highest
density of tiger population in India, reportedly between 46 to 52 tigers.
There are also 27 leopards there. The park area is 448 sq. km. Overnight in
Bhandavgarh.
Day 12 : Bandhavgarh (Two Safaris)
Early morning and Afternoon jeep safaris of Bandhavgarh National Park. It's
much smaller than Kanha National Park, but claims to have the highest
density of tiger population in India, reportedly between 46 to 52 tigers.
There are also 27 leopards there. The park area is 448 sq. km. Evening free
for nature walk. Overnight in Bandavgarh.
Day 13 : Bandhavgarh Khajuraho (250 km/6
hours)
Morning safari inside the park. Later drive to Khajuraho. On arrival
transfer to hotel. Overnight in Khajuraho.
Day 14 : Khajuraho Delhi
Morning sightseeing of Khajuraho visiting Temples. Later transfer to
Airport to connect flight 9W 724 departure at 13:55 hrs and arrival Delhi at
14:45 hrs. On arrival transfer to International Airport to connect flight
for onward destination.
