Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival at Delhi, you will be received by our representative and
transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
Full day enjoy city tour covering Laxmi Narayan Temple - The Place of Gods,
India Gate - The memorial of martyrs, Parliament House, - The govt.
Headquarters, Jama Masjid - The largest mosque in Asia, Red Fort - The red
stone magic, Gandhi memorial -- The memory of father of the nation. Also,
you can enjoy the sound & light show in the evening at Red Fort, Beside
these some other places to visit - Qutab Minar Complex, Purana Quila,
Humayun's Tomb, Jantar Mantar, Rajghat. etc. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi - Agra
Morning drive to Agra (203 kms / 4 hrs), enroute visit Mathura Temple and
Sikandra Fort. On arrival check into the hotel. Later enjoy the city
atmosphere. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 : Agra
Full day enjoy the city tour covering Taj Mahal -a poem written in white
marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love, Red Fort - a
visit to the fort in 'Agra' is a must since so many of the events which lead
to the construction of the Taj took place here, Itmad-ud-daula's Tomb. The
tomb is of particular interest since many of its design elephants overshadow
the Taj. Evening you may visit colourful local markets. Overnight at the
hotel.
Day 05 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikhri - Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur (232 kms / 5 hrs) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri
(Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty). On arrival at Jaipur, check into the
hotel. Evening free to explore the city. You may visit the local markets.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 : Jaipur
Morning visit Amber Fort on elephant back / Jeep. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or
the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Later enjoy the city seeing
covering City Palace occupies a large area divided into a series of
courtyards, gardens & buildings and a perfect blend of Rajasthani &
Mughal architecture, Royal Observatory - an observatory with some rare
qualities to its credit, Nawab Sahab Ki Haveli - and the Bazaar etc. Board
the train "Heritage On Wheels" at 18:30 hrs. The train leaves
Jaipur at around 19.30 hrs. Overnight on board.
Day 07 : Bikaner - Haat - Gajner
The train arrives in Bikaner at around 06.00 hrs. Departure for sightseeing
of Fort by air-conditioned coach. Later departure for Haat on board -
Heritage on Wheels. Visit Haat and Gajner. Enjoy camel safari. After
visiting Lal Garh Palace bord the train. Dinner and overnight on train.
Day 08 : Tal Chhapar - Ramgarh - Mandawa - Nawalgarh
- Jaipur
Arrival at Tal Chhapar in the morning and sight seeing. Later visit
Ramgarh, Nawalgarh Via Sikar. Sight seeing of Ramgarh Havelis (Mahanser).
Sight seeing of Mandawa Havelis and Cenotaphs. Lunch at Mandawa Resort.
Proceed to Nawalgarh and sight seeing. Dinner and overnight on train
Day 09 : Jaipur - Delhi / Out
The train arrives at Jaipur Station at 06.30 hrs. Breakfast is served on
board. This is the end of the journey. Drive back to Delhi International
airport (252 kms / 5 hrs) to connect flight for onward destination.
